What to do when you are on a seaside holiday and the weather is horrible?

A great thing to do is to visit museums.
Absolutely! However, there might be holiday resorts without museums.
In that case, you can always stay at the hotel or cook a nice meal in your apartment.

Or you can just visit all the local restaurants, bars and cafes, taste the local dishes, you can easily spend a whole day.

Tom was a strange man, he thought he was an animal. It was because he was lost in the forest when he was a little boy an he grew up wild.
