The jacket and the astrologist

SZP's jacket was found in his bin in front of his house. The Hungarian Foreign Minister's jacket is very expensive, it was made by a very famous Hungarian fashion house, where prices of jackets range from 300000 to 1000000 Forints.
Why did he throw this jacket into the bin? Was this jacked worn out? No, it wasn't. Then why didn't he give it to someone? Because his name was sewn in it?
The opposition said the minister should resign, because he doesn't know how people in his country live.
